However, we will let you know via a phone call or SMS if an item is out of stock, and the soonest it can be dispatched.

SensebyAS will surely return or refund any product if it is found to be damaged, under the following conditions;

Product must be in the original condition.
Product must be unused.
Product must be sent back within 15 days.
The proof of purchase and its receipt is also needed to claim refund amount.
